Goetz Physical Culture Center

Goetz Physical Culture Center was established by owners Radonna and IFBB Pro Mark Goetz as a means of providing persons interested in obtaining, maintaining and promoting physical health with a training facility and gym that is adequately equipped to accommodate any skill level ranging from general conditioning to competitive performance.  It is our desire to create a training environment that has a living forum relating to continued health, a family setting among all the members, a zero intimidation atmosphere for persons experiencing a gym for the first time and a place where any beginner or professional athletes can effectively train.

Goetz Physical Culture Center is a complete gym in Glen Rose, TX.  A 9,000 square foot facility incorporating free weight equipment and selectorized machines suitable for persons new to the fitness community or advanced athletes in a competitive arena.  Amenities include, but are not limited to, various angle barbell benches, fixed and adjustable dumbbell benches, assorted barbell racks, multiple free weight systems, several selectorized (weight stack) muscle specific machines, dumbbells ranging from  5 Lbs. to 150 Lbs. in consecutive five pound increments, and a large semi-private group fitness room that may be used for individual exercise.

Amenities include: 24-hour access with adult membership; ProShop; individual men and women locker rooms & showers; enclosed group fitness room with weekly classes; personal trainers; commercial gym equipment, free weights and cardio machines.

Stop by & meet the gym dog “Icarian”.  She’s a gentle and beautiful blue Cane Corso.
