Traci Niedziela

Traci Niedziela has been a proud member of the Glen Rose community for decades. She has owned and operated The Hideaway Ranch & Refuge for 21 years, welcoming guests from near and far to experience the charm of Somervell County. Before that, Traci spent six years teaching junior high and high school in Glen Rose and built strong connections with local families and students.

Traci currently serves in the Tourism Department for the City of Glen Rose, where she enjoys blending her hospitality experience, educational background, and passion for community engagement. She is a graduate of Baylor University with a degree in Statistics and Human Resources and she also holds a master’s degree in Tourism.

Traci and her husband, Jason, have been married for 28 years and have four wonderful children: Cassi, Jess, Luke, and Zeke. All four are graduates of Glen Rose High School. Traci is deeply committed to her hometown and loves serving her community and helping share the story of Glen Rose with visitors and residents alike.
