Larry Rogers is the proud owner of Loco Coyote Grill in Glen Rose, Texas, where his deep commitment to community and service transforms every guest’s dining experience into something truly memorable.

A 21‑year United States Marine Corps veteran, Larry retired as a Chief Warrant Officer‑3 after multiple forward deployments and combat service in two wars. His dedication was recognized with numerous medals and decorations, reflecting a career defined by leadership, resilience, and honor.

Larry holds a Master of Science in Business Administration from Boston University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Campbell University in North Carolina. His academic foundation complements his operational expertise, driving the strategic growth of his beloved grill.

Originally raised in the mountains of Virginia, Larry has called Texas home for the past 16 years. He and his wife, Pilar Rogers—a talented Filipino‑American entrepreneur who serves as the “real boss” and heart of Loco Coyote—share a passion for hospitality, community engagement, and the Texan spirit.
