In addition to his hospitality career, JC has a robust background in insurance, having held positions like Agency Sales Manager, Customer Service Manager, and Underwriting/Marketing Manager at Titan Auto Insurance. His diverse skill set, exceptional communication abilities, and strong leadership qualities make him a valuable team member committed to professionalism and continuous improvement. JC holds educational credentials from Orange Coast College in Human Resources and Cypress College in Basic Computer Programming.
