We are a bakery cafe located in the heart of the charming downtown community of Glen Rose, right off the square. We are intentional about our product, using only natural ingredients and making our product 100% from scratch, down to the mayonnaise on our sandwiches. The foundation of our breakfast and lunch menu is our sourdough bread and bagels, as well as our all butter croissants. We believe in slow food and know that it is better on our gut health as well as providing a deeper flavor. Our pastries rival any that you would find in France and are produced in our main location by a very talented team right in Granbury, just 22 miles north of us. We bake them off fresh every day right here at our location in Glen Rose. Our coffee is sourced from a small batch roaster who have been in business for 80 years in Durango Colorado and our syrups are all made in house. We welcome you into our newly renovated historic building that was created with you in mind. A wonderful, charming patio or a warm, comfortable dining area to sit and enjoy with your friends and family.
